Is the food the people are eating healthy? Why?
No, it probably isn’t very healthy. Fast food often contains a lot of fat, salt and calories, but not enough vitamins and fibre.

Why are fast food restaurants so popular?
They are popular because the food is quick, convenient and often inexpensive. There is usually a wide choice of meals.

What should people eat to be healthy?
People should eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, whole grains and other nutritious foods. They should also drink enough water.

How often do you have take-away fast food or go to fast food restaurants?
I have take-away fast food about once a month. Most of the time, I eat meals prepared at home.
(Я покупаю еду навынос в ресторане быстрого питания примерно раз в месяц. В основном я ем блюда, приготовленные дома.)
