I believe that my school has some similarities and differences compared to the school in exercise 3. Unlike the school described, our school doesn't enforce strict uniforms. However, both schools have rewards and punishments to motivate and discipline students. I personally find praise and recognition for hard work to be the most effective rewards. As for punishments, I believe that assigning extra assignments or community service can be more constructive than physical punishments. It's essential to create a fair and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to learn and grow.
