Hi, I'm Joe. We all love cooking in our family and I'm a chef.
I have to get up early on most days to open my restaurant, but I don't have to get up early on Monday. The restaurant is closed then. My assistant, Maggie, has to go to the market every morning to buy fish and meat. She doesn't have to buy any vegetables - the restaurant has a vegetable garden. Maggie and I have to start cooking at eleven o'clock. We don't have to set the tables because the waiters do that. When the customers arrive, the waiters have to serve them quickly. At the end of the day, we have to clean the restaurant. Then we go home. It's late when we finish and we're usually tired. It's good to go home to bed!
