10 Your voice. In your opinion, which of these people played a part in avoiding a disaster? Can you think of any other people who were involved? pilot, co-pilot, air stewards, passengers, office workers, ferry captains, reporters, police, divers, the public

In my opinion, the pilot and co-pilot played the most important part because they brought the plane down safely on the river. The ferry captains and their crews helped save the passengers. The passengers also helped by following instructions and helping one another. Air traffic controllers and emergency-service teams may also have helped coordinate the response.
