Have you seen The Martian yet? I saw it last night and it was really good. The special effects were amazing. Sometimes I felt like I was in the film! I haven't read the book so I can't compare it to the film, but I liked the film a lot. I'd recommend it to anyone!

В первом вопросе используется Present Perfect с yet, а с указанием времени last night — Past Simple. В предложении «I haven't read the book» говорится об опыте до настоящего момента.
