Have you seen that new wildlife programme on TV? Every week it focuses on a different species of animal and why we need to protect it. It shows how important conservation is – if we don’t look after endangered animals, lots of species will become extinct. The presenter of the programme has travelled to many different places in the world to observe animals in their natural habitat. My favourite episode was about Africa. It’s always exciting to see a predator such as a lion chase its prey – as long as you’re not a zebra!
