Maxim and Danila heard about the Radziwill family’s big meals while they were walking in Nesvizh Castle. Excited, they decided to learn more about the magnates’ cuisine. When they looked in the castle books, they found almost nothing. Then, at the National Library, they discovered a rare cookbook. Two years later, they recreated 247 recipes.
