My friend Tom has lived in London for three years now. He moved there in 2022. Every day he takes the tube to work, but this week he is using his bike because the trains are delayed. He has already visited most museums in the city, but he has never been to the new science centre. Today he is planning to go there after work.

Обоснование: for three years now указывает на период, продолжающийся до настоящего времени; every day — регулярное действие; this week — временная ситуация; already и never здесь употребляются с Present Perfect; для плана на сегодня подходит Present Continuous.
