Hi Sue,

Sorry I haven’t written sooner but I am busy with my cousins in Scotland. How are things there? What have you been up to recently? It’s really great here.

I have just come from a Burns Night supper. People have been celebrating the work of this famous Scottish poet, Robert Burns, for over two centuries. They are serving cock-a-leekie soup, which is made with chicken and leeks. Then, while serving the main dish, haggis, pipers are playing the bagpipes and the cook is putting the haggis on the host’s table. They finish the night with some poetry.

I have to go now. I have been surfing the Net for the past 2 hours and my cousin is still waiting for me to get ready to go shopping.

Bye
Sally
