4b) Use the pictures to narrate the story.

While Hans is repairing the raft, Axel and the Professor explore the area. They hear a noise and hide behind some bushes. Then they see a man and some huge elephants. The Professor explains that elephants lived there thousands of years ago. They decide to return to Hans and the raft, but the Professor finds a very old knife. He recognises it as Arne Saknussemm’s knife. Then they find Saknussemm’s initials on a cave wall and realise that they have discovered the last part of his journey. Finally, they go to find Hans.
