United Kingdom Factfile Completion:

The factfile provides information about the United Kingdom. The diagram shows 'UNITED KINGDOM' branching out to 'ENGLAND' and 'SCOTLAND', with 'London' under 'ENGLAND'.

Completing the diagram based on the factfile:

• ENGLAND: Capital - London
• SCOTLAND: Capital - Edinburgh
• WALES: Capital - Cardiff
• NORTHERN IRELAND: Capital - Belfast

The diagram needs to be extended to include Wales and Northern Ireland, with their respective capitals. The numbered blanks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) would likely correspond to these details or other facts about the UK.
