So, how hot dogs do you think you can eat for dinner? is a restaurant in New York called Nathan's, which is famous its hot dog eating competition. It's very popular customers and about twenty people take part every year. On 4 July, all of the competitors stand behind long table. A lot of other customers stand and watch. There some big plates of hot dogs on the table. There are also drinks, but not many. They haven't got time to eat the hot dogs because the clock stops after ten minutes. A lot the competitors stop eating before then, but most of them finish. An American called Joey Chestnut holds the record with 69 hot dogs in ten minutes.
