I'm really excited about the sports (1) training on Saturday. I've trained for this day and it's going to be great! I'm one of the (2) competitors in a big bicycle race and I've bought a new pair of (3) trainers for it. It's a long race – 20 kilometres – we will need (4) strong to finish! I'm happy that I'm in the race. Two years ago, I was very (5) fit. I didn't exercise or eat healthily so I often felt (6) unhealthy. Now things are very different. (7) health is very important to me. My future participation in the marathon
This year, I've decided to challenge myself and participate in the city marathon. It's a distance of 42 kilometers, which requires serious preparation. I've been training for several months: I run almost every day, gradually increasing the load. My diet has also changed - now it's focused on balanced nutrition to give me energy and help my body recover.
I chose this event because I want to test my physical and mental endurance. Running a marathon is not just about sports; it's a journey of self-discovery and pushing my limits. I believe that completing this challenge will give me confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
The atmosphere at such events is always incredible. Thousands of people united by a common goal, the support of spectators – it all creates an unforgettable experience. I am looking forward to this event and hope to successfully cross the finish line!
