   Эта ошибка сложнее. Здесь нужно использовать Past Simple, так как есть слово 'yesterday'. Нужно перефразировать предложение. Правильно: I really didn't want to go to my dancing class yesterday.

5. Did you remembered my birthday?

   Как и в первом примере, после did глагол должен быть в начальной форме. Правильно: Did you remember my birthday?
