Part III. Reading. Task 6. Read the text and answer the questions. Hermione Granger is one of the main characters in the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling. She is a very intelligent and hard-working girl. Hermione has thick brown hair, brown eyes and a rather serious face. She is not very tall, but she has a strong personality. At first, Hermione seems bossy and a bit boring because she always follows the rules and studies a lot. However, she soon becomes a loyal and brave friend. She is ready to help Harry and Ron in difficult situations. Hermione is also very determined: when she wants to achieve something, she never gives up. Sometimes she can be a little stubborn and proud, but she is never selfish. Her friends know that they can always rely on her. Hermione is a true example of a person whose character is more important than her appearance. Questions: 1. Who wrote the Harry Potter books? 2. What does Hermione look like? 3. What is Hermione's character like at first? 4. What good qualities does she have? 5. What bad qualities does she have? 6. Why is Hermione a good example for readers?
