Peter's School Routine

Peter gets up very early in the morning because he likes doing his homework early. He doesn't like studying in the morning. He wakes up at 6:30. He has a wash, cleans his teeth and combs his hair. Then, he goes back to his room where he does his homework and studies for about an hour. He has breakfast about 7:45. For breakfast he has a cup of tea with two or three pieces of toast. Sometimes he fries an egg and a piece of bacon. He leaves for school about 8 o'clock with his little brother, Jim. Both go to the same school, St Mary's comprehensive. They usually walk to the bus stop together and wait for the bus. After a twenty minute ride they get to school in half past eight. Peter's first class is mathematics, which he begins (not/like) very much. His second class is Literature and after this one they go to the gym. The break starts at 11 o'clock and (last) until 11:30. After the break Peter has three more classes. He finishes school at 2 o'clock and again he and his brother Jim take the bus back home. As soon as they arrive home, they have lunch. Their mother cooks very well and they have lunch. Their mother is often very hungry at this time of the day. After lunch, Peter usually takes a short nap, about 4:30 he goes to his bedroom and does his homework or studies the lessons. At 6:30 he goes to the sports centre. He plays in a football team and he usually trains every day except the weekend. After training Peter comes back home and watches TV for one hour. At 9 o'clock he prepares himself something to eat, usually a sandwich and a glass of milk. After dinner Peter likes surfing the Internet or sometimes he plays computer games, which is one of his favourite hobbies. About 11 he goes to bed. He usually reads a book in bed or listens to music before he falls asleep.
