Events in the order they happened:

1. Penny and John greeted each other.
2. Penny told John that something happened to her.
3. John asked Penny what was it and said that she looked upset.
4. Penny said that she had quite a shock.
5. Penny was at the zoo and heard people shouting and screaming.
6. Everyone was around the fountain and they all looked really scared.
7. John asked what was going on and if someone had fallen in the water.
8. Penny said that it wasn't someone, but something. There was a long orange snake with black stripes swimming around in it.
9. John asked if anyone was hurt.
10. Penny said no, the guards caught the snake quickly and put it back in its cage.
11. John said that you don't see that every day.
12. Penny agreed.
