One day they went to visit the desert with twenty people from their hotel in five big cars. They drove for about three or four hours and then the cars stopped so that people could have something to eat and drink. Sarah's mother said, "It's very important to drink water in the desert". After eating, Sarah and her brother rode two big bikes down the hills in the sand, but the problem was that it was very hard work to push them up the hills again! "Wow, this is great fun!" said Sarah. Sarah also enjoyed taking photos. She took photos of small animals that live in and under the sand. She also took photos of her parents and other people walking in the desert. The one thing that Sarah didn't like was that the desert was very dirty in some places, because people come to visit it and then leave things in the sand when they go.
