• Holi (Hindu harvest festival): This festival lasts for five days. People dress up and light fires.
• Banana Festival (Philippines): Celebrated in late March or early April. It is a harvest festival focused on different varieties of bananas. During the festival, children dress up in banana costumes and dance in the streets. There is also a cookery competition where cooks use only bananas to make their dishes.
• Chuseok (Korean harvest moon festival): An important holiday in Korea that lasts for three days, usually sometime between August and October. People dress up and make sweet rice cakes with fruit.
