б) $$ \frac{3-\sqrt{x}}{x-9} = \frac{3-\sqrt{x}}{(\sqrt{x}-3)(\sqrt{x}+3)} = -\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}+3} $$

в) $$ \frac{3\sqrt{a}-5\sqrt{b}}{9a-25b} = \frac{3\sqrt{a}-5\sqrt{b}}{(3\sqrt{a}-5\sqrt{b})(3\sqrt{a}+5\sqrt{b})} = \frac{1}{3\sqrt{a}+5\sqrt{b}} $$
