1. It is Saturday evening.
2. My friends and I were at the disco now.
3. Look! Helen and Kate are dancing on the dance floor.
4. Paul is sitting and drinking cola.
5. My friends are talking and laughing together at the moment.
6. We go to disco every week.
7. We don't like staying in on Saturday evenings.
8. But I was ill last week, so I didn't join my friends then.
9. I was very disappointed but now I am happy!
