England is worth visiting because it has a rich history, beautiful places, famous landmarks, museums, theatres, shops and many other attractions.
The two essentials on any trip are good accommodation and good food.
London is called a cosmopolitan city because people of many nationalities live there and it offers a great variety of cultures, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The famous historical landmarks include Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Nelson’s Column. The National Gallery is also a famous attraction.
The old docks and warehouses in the East End and Docklands have been reconstructed because the docks closed and the warehouses were no longer needed. The warehouses were converted into apartments, and Canary Wharf became a major business district.
