1. What did the boys do when they saw a big bear? When the boys saw the big bear, they were afraid and some ran to the door, others jumped out of the window.
2. What did the bear do in the room? The bear walked up to the fire and warmed himself. He sat by the fire and then walked up to the table and ate some bread.
3. Did the young man kill the bear? Why? No, the young men did not kill the bear because they saw marks on his skin and understood that the bear was the old friend of their schooldays. They let him go back into the forest.
