V. Writing. You have received a letter from your English-speaking pen friend, Alice. Write her a letter and answer her 3 questions. Write 90–100 words. Remember the rules of letter writing. Alice writes: “I am very busy now preparing for my exams but yesterday I went to the cinema with my friends. We saw a new film about Sherlock Holmes. You’ve probably seen it too. What kinds of films do you like? Where do you prefer watching films — in the cinema or at home and why? What would you make a film about if you had a chance?”

Dear Alice,

Thanks for your letter. It was great to hear from you. I hope your exams go well! I like adventure films and comedies because they are exciting and make me laugh. I prefer watching films at home. It is more comfortable, and I can pause the film whenever I want. However, the cinema is perfect for a film with impressive special effects. If I could make a film, I would make one about a group of friends who discover a hidden city under their town. They would solve puzzles and help its people. I think it would be an exciting story about friendship and courage.
