Задание 2. Чтение Прочитайте текст и выполните задания А–Е. Dear Emily, I'm writing to tell you about my school trip to Kazan. It is one of the oldest cities in Russia, and I was impressed by how modern and historical it is at the same time. On the first day we visited the Kazan Kremlin. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with beautiful white walls, old towers, and a wonderful mosque inside. From the walls of the Kremlin we saw the river and the whole city. Our guide explained the history of the place, and it was very interesting. 1 took many photos of the towers and the mosque to show my family. The next day we went to the Temple of All Religions. It's a colourful building that looks like a mixture of different churches, mosques, and temples. It doesn't work as a religious place, but it shows that people of different cultures can live together peacefully. The guide told us that it was built by a local architect who wanted to unite different cultures in one building. We also had time to walk in the streets of Kazan. I liked Bauman Street best. There were many shops, cafés, and musicians playing cheerful music. I bought some souvenirs for my family and tried chak-chak, a traditional sweet made of honey and dough. In the evening we went to the theatre, where we watched a play in Russian with English subtitles. It was a new experience for me. I really enjoyed this trip, and I think Kazan is a city worth visiting. Best wishes, Olga Questions: A. What did Olga see from the walls of the Kremlin?
