I was very glad to get your email! Thank you for sharing your plans for the summer with me. It sounds like a lot of fun.

As for me, I usually spend my summer at the dacha with my grandparents. We go to the forest to pick berries and mushrooms, and swim in the river. Sometimes we go to the city park for a walk. I prefer to travel with my family because I like to spend time with them. My favourite summer activity is swimming in the river.
