Thanks a lot for your letter. I was happy to receive it. In your letter, you asked me about the way I celebrated my last birthday.

Last Saturday was my birthday. I had a big party with my close friends and relatives. My parents helped me to decorate our flat with balloons. My Granny baked a very delicious birthday cake. My friends sang a ‘happy birthday’ song to me and gave me a lot of presents. Then we were dancing, eating tasty food and playing games. I’ve got many cards and my other relatives were calling me the whole evening and wishing me many happy returns of the day. It was the best birthday I’ve ever had.
