First of all, your friend shouldn’t be so embarrassed about dressing at the charity shops. Such organizations were founded to help people in need and your friend is their case. Besides, your friend can find a part time job to have some extra pocket money. Therefore, she will afford buying clothes from the shopping centrum as well. I think she can also shop at the second-hand shops. The clothes there is not so expensive and she can also find some stylish outfit there to look fashionable.
