Memo
To: Head Office
From: Simon Bennett, MQ Chemicals
Subject: Dyersville factory / International Student Summer Games

There are three problems concerning the Dyersville factory and the International Student Summer Games.

First, a TV producer wants the factory to close and does not want us to sponsor the Games. If the factory closes, however, we will cover the full costs.

Second, the mayor does not know about the new order. He believes that the factory will close for two weeks. We could move the work to another factory to avoid this.

Finally, the doctor has serious concerns about air and water pollution. He will refuse to support the Games if pollution levels are high.

Could you advise me on how to deal with these problems?

MQ Chemicals
