Thank you for your letter! It was great to hear from you. I understand you don't like winter because you prefer swimming and lying on the beach. Here, winter can be quite fun!

The weather in my place in winter is usually cold and snowy. Sometimes it's freezing, but we have a lot of sunny days too. I enjoy winter because I love winter sports. I go skiing and ice skating with my friends.

This year, we celebrated the New Year at home with my family. We had a big feast, watched movies, and played games. It was a lot of fun! We also went to the city center to see the fireworks.
