My Diet Review
Foods and drinks in the last two days:
- Day 1:
- Breakfast: Cereal with milk, orange juice.
- Lunch: Sandwich with ham and cheese, apple, water.
- Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce, chicken breast, salad, water.
- Snacks: A handful of nuts, a biscuit.
- Day 2:
- Breakfast: Toast with butter, tea.
- Lunch: Leftover pasta, a pear, water.
- Dinner: Fish with vegetables, rice, water.
- Snacks: Yogurt, a piece of fruit.
Has my diet been healthy?
My diet has been reasonably healthy. I've included a good variety of food groups, with fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. I've also made sure to drink plenty of water. However, I could reduce the number of processed snacks like biscuits and focus more on whole foods.
My typical menu:
- Breakfast: Oatmeal with berries and a glass of water or tea.
- Lunch: A large salad with grilled chicken or beans, and a piece of whole-wheat bread.
- Dinner: Baked salmon with roasted vegetables (like broccoli and sweet potatoes) and quinoa.
- Snacks (if needed): Fresh fruit (like an apple or banana), a small handful of almonds, or Greek yogurt.
