\[\frac{13}{14} \cdot \frac{21}{4} = \frac{13 \cdot 3}{2 \cdot 4} = \frac{39}{8} = 4\frac{7}{8}.\]

\[x = \frac{9}{13}:\]

\[\frac{13}{14} \cdot \frac{9}{13} = \frac{9}{14}.\]
