$$\sin 2a = 2\sin a \cos a$$
$$\sin a + \sin b = 2 \sin \frac{a+b}{2} \cos \frac{a-b}{2}$$
$$\sin 60^\circ = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$$
$$\cos 45^\circ = \frac{\sqrt{2}}{2}$$
